1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment.
- The remaining amount must be paid before the start of the trip.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability and season.
2. Travel Documents
- Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and necessary travel documents.
- Failure to provide required documents may result in denial of services without refund.
3. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Any additional costs arising from such changes must be borne by the customer.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
- No refund will be provided for unused services during the trip.
5. Liability
- For Holidays acts only as a travel organizer and is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
6. Accommodation & Transport
- Hotels and transport are subject to availability.
- In case of unavailability, similar alternatives will be provided.
7. Behavior & Responsibility
- Customers are expected to behave responsibly during the trip.
- Any damage caused to property or vehicles will be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for events beyond our control such as weather conditions, political unrest, or natural disasters.
9. Privacy
- Personal information provided by customers will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
