Refund Policy
At For Holidays, we strive to provide the best travel experience. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation timeline:
- 30 days or more before travel date – 90% refund (10% service charge)
- 15–29 days before travel date – 70% refund
- 7–14 days before travel date – 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before travel date – No refund
3. No-Show Policy
- No refund will be provided if the customer fails to arrive or cancels after the trip has started.
4. Cancellation by For Holidays
- In case of cancellation from our side due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), customers will be offered:
- An alternative package, or
- A full or partial refund depending on the situation
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services such as hotel bookings, flights, or special packages may be non-refundable, depending on third-party policies.
7. Changes & Modifications
- Any changes in travel dates or package details may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
